We have two different payment options: an hourly rate and several fixed-fee application packages. See below for details.

Hourly Rate

We bill an hourly rate of US$150 for our medical school admissions services. We only require a minimum 1 hour payment to retain the services of a consultant who has first-hand medical school admissions committee experience.

We recommend starting with an initial one-hour consultation. We can conduct this by phone, or in person if you happen to live near a consultant.

In a one hour initial consultation we can:

• assess your candidacy; 

• advise you on how to best highlight your strengths and mitigate your weaknesses; 

• recommend the best medical schools for you based on your background, preferences, and future career goals; and 

• formulate a detailed action plan to ensure you are optimally positioned for your med school applications.

If you choose to continue with the hourly payment option, you will not pay us for services you do not desire and you will always be in charge of how we spend our time with you. We are available to begin helping you achieve your medical school ambitions right now.

Fixed-Fee Application Packages

We have 2 different types of fixed-fee packages: primary application packages and secondary application packages.

Single Application Fee

We have a single application fee of $1,599. A single application can be the AMCAS, the AACOMAS, or the Texas application.

This single application fee includes comprehensive assistance with any application of your choice, with services including:

• Review of the application form itself (biographical and academic data, experiences, etc.)
• Personal statement and essay topic selections
• Unlimited revisions (for content as well as grammar) for your short-answer essays and personal statements
• Guidance on letters of reference (This includes: who to select, how to approach them, what they should mention to best support your story, etc. We will also review any letters of reference your recommenders allow you to draft for them.)

Any Five (5) Secondary Medical School Applications of Your Choice

The fee for comprehensive admissions consulting for any 5 secondary medical school applications of your choice is $1,599. These can be either general secondary medical school applications, or applications to special programs, such as the M.D.-Ph.D. program. Thus, for example, the fee might cover the general secondary application for three schools, and M.D.-Ph.D. program applications for two of these schools.

Platinum Package: Single Application plus Five (5) Secondary Applications*

The Platinum Package includes all the services provided under the single application package plus all the services provided under the 5 secondary application package, for the price of $2,999. You can also purchase this package after first purchasing one hour with your consultant. If you purchase the Platinum Package following your initial hour with your consultant, we will deduct the cost of that first hour ($150) from the Platinum Package price, making your balance $2,849.

Ultimate Package: Unlimited Assistance**

The Ultimate Package includes unlimited assistance for one full year with your positioning needs as well as assistance with as many applications as you wish to submit to US medical schools, for the price of $5,999. You can also purchase this package after first purchasing one hour with your consultant. If you purchase the Ultimate Package following your initial hour with your consultant, we will deduct the cost of that first hour ($150) from the Ultimate Package price, making your balance $5,849.

Interview Assistance

A highly qualified consultant will conduct a mock interview with you and then provide you with personalized feedback afterwards so you can make any necessary adjustments to your approach before the 'real thing.' The fixed-fee price for this service is $199.

Fixed-Fee Waitlist Assistance

A highly qualified consultant will review the medical school application that landed you on the waitlist. He or she will share with you the probable reasons for the waitlist decision and advise you on the best way to handle this situation. You will receive comprehensive, professional assistance with preparing any additional material the consultant feels you should submit to the program, such as a letter reiterating your interest in the program, an additional letter of reference, etc. The fixed-fee price for this service is $395.

Please note that unlike most law schools, business schools, and undergraduate programs, many medical schools rank their waitlisted applicants and submitting additional materials may not do much to boost your chances of being admitted off the waitlist. We believe the real value in this service is the diagnosis of your candidacy and submitted application that can help you if a re-application is necessary.

Fixed-Fee Ding Analysis

A highly qualified consultant will review the application that resulted in a rejection. He or she will share with you the probable reasons for the ding, and will advise you on what you could have done to increase your acceptance chances. You will also receive an assessment of your chances as a medical school re-applicant, as well as an action plan to ensure that you are optimally positioned for those future applications. The fixed-fee price for this service is $295.
