Retainer Fee

We do not believe in charging a hefty retainer fee. In fact, we only require a minimum 1 hour payment to retain our services. Why? Confidence. Our services sell themselves and over 95% of our clients voluntarily retain us for additional services. If you're interested in a 3, 5, or 7 application plan, you can pay for 1 hour now and then apply that hour towards the cost of the plan.

We have two different payment options: an hourly rate and several fixed-fee application packages.

Hourly Rate

We bill an hourly rate of US$150 for our MBA admissions services. If you choose the hourly payment option, you will not pay us for services you do not desire and you will always be in charge of how we spend our time with you.

We recommend starting with an initial consultation. We can conduct this by phone or in person if you happen to live near a consultant.

In a one hour initial consultation we can:

• assess your candidacy; 

• advise you on how to best highlight your strengths and mitigate your weaknesses; 

• recommend the best business schools for you based on your background, preferences, and future career goals; and 

• formulate a detailed action plan to ensure you are optimally positioned for your fall applications.

If you are happy with our services, you can apply the cost of this first hour paid to the price of a multiple application package. This will ensure your expectations match your consultant's for your chances of gaining admission to the schools you are targeting in the application package.

Mock Interviews

A consultant who has interviewed MBA applicants on behalf of an admissions committee at a top b-school will conduct a mock interview with you to ensure you are ready for the "real thing." After reviewing your background information in advance, your consultant will conduct a mock interview and then provide you with detailed feedback for any areas of improvement. The fixed-fee price for this service is $195.

Fixed-Fee Waitlist Assistance

A highly qualified consultant will review a business school application that landed you on the waitlist. He or she will share with you the probable reasons for the waitlist and advise you on the best way to handle this situation. You will receive professional assistance with any material the consultant feels you should submit to the program such as a letter reiterating your interest in the program, an additional letter of reference, etc. The fixed-fee price for this service is $295.

Fixed-Fee Ding Analysis

A highly qualified consultant will review an application that resulted in a rejection. He or she will share with you the probable reasons for the ding and will advise you on what you could have done to increase your acceptance chances. You will also receive an assessment of your chances as a b-school re-applicant as well as an action plan to ensure you are optimally positioned for those future applications. The fixed-fee price for this service is $295.

Fixed-Fee Application Packages

We have rates for 3, 5, and 7 applications as well as a single application. In fact, we actually encourage you to just prepay 1 hour upfront. (Well over 95% of our clients do return to us for additional services.) If you decide to pursue a 3, 5, or 7 application package, we will allow you to deduct the $150 paid for the first hour from the price of the silver, gold, or platinum packages.
