Your consultant will guide you on
how to select your recommenders, how to approach them, and what types of items
to ask them to include in the letters of reference. Tips on how to wrestle
control of the letter of reference away from your recommender so you can draft
it will also be provided. Additionally, your consultant will
assure that the letters of reference compliment your overall admissions strategy
and differentiate you from the many other recommendations that
simply include a long list of favorable adjectives about their applicants.
Important note: If your
recommender asks you to draft the letter for him or her to sign, your consultant
will be glad to look over the draft.
